Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Update and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate data
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates encouraged)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS knowledge
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Customer-service mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid Ohio driver's license (client site visits may be required)
