- Manage applicant tracking system data and maintain accurate candidate records
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and recruitment campaigns
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates in our talent pipeline
- Support client onboarding processes and new hire documentation
Qualifications
