Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system with candidate data
- Assist with job postings and employer branding initiatives
- Conduct preliminary candidate interviews to assess qualifications
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports and analytics dashboards
- Support team with administrative tasks and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years in recruiting, staffing, or customer service role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Washington State driver's license (for occasional client meetings)
