Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews with qualified candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates via email and phone
- Post job openings on multiple job boards and manage applicant tracking systems
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Assist with onboarding logistics for placed candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to weekly team reports
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Business, HR, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales support
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for occasional client visits)
