Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards and professional networks
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
- Assist with job posting optimization and social media recruitment campaigns
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews and skill assessments
- Support onboarding processes for new placements
- Generate weekly recruitment activity reports
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (HR/Business majors preferred)
- 0-2 years in recruitment, HR, or customer service roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven with problem-solving mindset
- Valid CA driver's license (client site visits required)
