Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess cultural fit
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
- Build and nurture relationships with local job seekers and employers
- Assist with job posting optimization and recruitment campaigns
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or admin roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
