Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist with crafting compelling job descriptions and postings
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring partners and industry contacts
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding efforts
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2 years in recruitment, customer service, or administrative roles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
