Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain accurate candidate records
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Build and nurture relationships with potential job seekers
- Assist with job posting optimization and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Prepare weekly recruitment activity reports for senior recruiters
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of recruitment, staffing, or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS platforms
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional client meetings)
