Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and ATS records
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist with job posting optimization and employer branding initiatives
- Collaborate with senior recruiters on talent pipeline development
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree (recent graduates welcome)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
