Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Source and screen qualified candidates using our proprietary recruitment platforms
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate applicant tracking system records
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Assist with job postings across multiple recruitment channels and job boards
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine search strategies and job requirements
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation for successful placements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Business, HR, Communications, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service roles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
