Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and employee referrals
- Coordinate interview logistics including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with crafting compelling job descriptions and posting opportunities
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding efforts
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share candidate insights and progress
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or administrative support
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-focused mindset with professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in team settings
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
