Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain candidate records
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials
- Support recruitment events and job fairs across the Albuquerque metro area
- Generate weekly recruitment reports and analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service roles
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever)
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid New Mexico driver's license for occasional travel to client sites
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
