Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate data
- Assist with crafting compelling job descriptions and posting advertisements
- Conduct preliminary phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates through proactive outreach
- Support team with recruitment analytics and reporting initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or administrative support
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and compliance practices
