Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for diverse industry roles
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry, job postings, and candidate communications
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates through consistent follow-ups
- Coordinate interview logistics including scheduling, travel arrangements, and feedback collection
- Assist with onboarding processes and compliance documentation
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
