Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and candidate pipelines
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews and assess cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and compliance records
- Build relationships with hiring managers across Houston's key sectors
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Basic understanding of recruitment compliance (EEO, ADA)
- Residency in Houston metropolitan area required
