Responsibilities

- Coordinate interview logistics between clients and candidates
- Update and maintain ATS database with applicant information

- Conduct preliminary candidate interviews via phone/video
- Support client relationship management and reporting activities
- Participate in recruitment strategy sessions with senior recruiters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of recruitment or staffing experience (internships welcome)
