Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Assist with job postings, employer branding materials, and social media campaigns
- Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and reference checks
- Support client relationship management through regular communications
- Participate in recruitment strategy meetings and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of recruitment principles or willingness to learn
- Valid Washington state driver's license (for occasional client visits)
