Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and candidate pipelines
- Conduct initial candidate phone screens and assessments
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles
- Collaborate with senior recruiters on client requirements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (HR/Recruiting preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms
