Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system data entry and documentation
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners across Houston
- Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Track key recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
