Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client companies
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our CRM system
- Assist with job posting creation and distribution across platforms
- Support team with administrative tasks and documentation
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools
