Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and applications to match candidates with client requirements
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Post job openings on multiple platforms including LinkedIn and Indeed
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Assist with recruitment events and job fairs across Boston
- Support the team with administrative tasks and data entry
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
