Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist with crafting compelling job postings and employer branding materials
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment KPIs and client expectations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Basic understanding of recruitment principles and practices
- Valid Indiana driver's license (if local travel required)
