Responsibilities
- Support recruiters by sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our ATS system
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with job postings and employer branding initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitor activities
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates encouraged)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM/ATS tools
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask
