Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter and networking events, to identify and attract high-quality candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, soft skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the high-volume hiring demands of our clients.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires into their respective roles.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and improve hiring efficiency.
- Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to build brand awareness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Proven ability to build relationships, network effectively, and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
