Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to identify and engage passive and active job seekers.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring requirements and staffing challenges.
- Job Matching: Match the right talent to the right opportunity to ensure high retention rates and client satisfaction.
- Onboarding Support: Guide new hires through the orientation process to ensure a seamless transition into their new roles.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with salary trends and labor market conditions in the Seattle metro area.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Drive: A proven track record of goal-setting and the hustle to achieve them.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
