Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, personality, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and client needs.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track recruitment activities, update candidate pipelines, and maintain accurate records.
- Attend industry networking events and job fairs to expand our talent network.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, administrative support, or recruitment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
