Responsibilities

  • Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for our client base across Tampa and surrounding areas.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in the placement of temporary and permanent staff, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus.
  • No prior recruiting experience is required; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
