Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and recruitment pipelines
- Facilitate interview scheduling and coordinate logistics
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed recommendations
- Collaborate with senior recruiters on complex assignments

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required)
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic ATS systems
