Responsibilities
- Source Candidates: Utilize social media and job boards to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Client Relations: Maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the interview process and schedule candidates for on-site visits.
- Administrative Tasks: Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain candidate databases.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or HR preferred.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency (MS Office) and comfort with technology.
