As a Weekend Staffing Associate, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring we meet the staffing needs of local businesses. Enjoy competitive hourly rates, including overtime eligibility, and a supportive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face and phone interviews with prospective candidates on Saturday and Sunday.
- Screen resumes and applications to match candidates with open job orders efficiently.
- Manage candidate data accurately within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Collaborate with branch managers to understand staffing requirements and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a professional environment for candidates and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a major plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for local travel.
