Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various open positions across multiple industries.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent using our advanced Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and salary expectations.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients (employers) and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and outreach campaigns to attract top talent.
- Update candidate databases and maintain accurate recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and basic computer navigation.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn new skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred for candidate visits).
