Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using social media platforms and professional networking sites.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Enter candidate data accurately into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure a positive candidate experience and manage client relationships.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new temporary employees.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field is a plus.
- No prior experience required; we provide full training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and succeed.
