Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Conduct engaging phone interviews to assess candidate skills and fit
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active job seekers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interview logistics and candidate onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment workflows
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our CRM database
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS tools
