What You Will Do:
At Apex Talent Solutions, you will be challenged daily to exceed your targets. Your daily tasks will include sourcing active and passive candidates on various platforms, conducting professional phone screens, and coordinating face-to-face interviews. You will learn to assess soft skills, technical aptitude, and cultural fit to ensure the perfect match for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Source & Screen: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to identify and engage high-quality candidates for open positions.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates and clients effectively.
- Placement Success: Guide candidates through the interview process and negotiate offers to ensure successful placements.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client databases within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in customer service or sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, confident demeanor.
- Drive: Highly motivated self-starter with a proven ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new recruiting software and CRM tools.
- Personality: Outgoing, energetic, and eager to learn the ins and outs of the staffing industry.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Chicago, IL office.
