What You’ll Do
As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition process. Your primary focus will be sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various industries including Finance, IT, and Healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize social media platforms and job boards to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Placement & Onboarding: Manage the full placement process, including offer negotiation and coordinating onboarding schedules.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide competitive advice to clients.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Communications is a plus.
- Experience: No prior recruitment experience required; we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new HR software.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed and earn based on performance.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within the Los Angeles area for client meetings.
