Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and screening of potential candidates via various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open requisitions, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic staffing solutions.
- Perform market research to identify industry trends and competitive talent pools.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
- Update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- A self-starter attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
