Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and screening of candidates via phone and email.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various industries.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client managers.
- Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to build talent pipelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses in the Raleigh area.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients.
- Attend weekly training sessions and team meetings to refine recruiting skills.
Qualifications
- No prior recruiting or HR experience is necessary; we value attitude over experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- A high level of motivation and a desire to learn new skills quickly.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
