Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions using various recruitment strategies and ATS platforms.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from building talent pipelines to extending job offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Utilize social media platforms and networking events to actively market open positions.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet departmental revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
