Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in weekend shift positions across San Jose's thriving tech and service sectors
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, onboarding, and compliance documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and client companies to ensure seamless placements
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidate pipelines and optimize staffing efficiency
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference verification for all weekend shift applicants
- Collaborate with internal teams to address urgent staffing needs during peak weekend operations
- Generate weekly performance reports and staffing analytics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience, preferably with weekend shift roles
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Valid California staffing/recruitment license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs in fast-paced recruitment environments
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish highly desirable for diverse candidate pools
