Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, hospitality, and logistics clients
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews via phone/video on weekends
- Manage candidate onboarding and documentation for weekend placements
- Provide real-time support to field staff during weekend assignments
- Update staffing databases and maintain accurate candidate records
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Resolve staffing emergencies and last-minute coverage requests
Qualifications
- 1+ years staffing/recruitment experience or related customer service role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional client visits
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
