As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in the lives of our clients and candidates. You will learn the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing talent to closing placements. Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive market research to identify and engage top-tier talent across various industries.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive job seekers using various sourcing tools.
- Manage candidate relationships through the entire hiring lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in client meetings and presentations to understand hiring requirements and expand our network.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM tools.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort navigating web-based applications.
- A hunger for success and a drive to exceed monthly sales and placement targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
