Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential job candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for our client base.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements.
- Manage candidate follow-up and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize various social media platforms and job boards to drive recruitment efforts.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales and placement goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
- No prior recruiting or sales experience required; we provide full training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and earn uncapped commission.
- Reliable internet connection and computer proficiency.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred for off-site meetings).
