Responsibilities
- Utilize job boards and social media to identify and source qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and clients.
- Assist in the onboarding and placement process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Update candidate databases and recruitment metrics accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Reliable transportation and professional appearance.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others find employment.
