Responsibilities
- Conduct daily research to identify potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for our client openings.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and providing staffing solutions.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and update databases.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on sourcing channels and recruitment tactics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
