Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse industry roles using ATS platforms and Boolean search techniques
- Conduct engaging phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across multiple sectors including tech, finance, and healthcare
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring lifecycle with professional communication
- Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment processes and improve placement success rates
- Participate in industry networking events to expand our talent acquisition capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of recruiting, sales, or customer service experience with proven track record
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with natural ability to build rapport
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up
- Valid Minnesota driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
