Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct candidate interviews via phone and video
- Screen resumes to match candidates with client job requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with job seekers and hiring managers
- Post job openings on digital platforms and social media channels
- Document recruitment activities in our CRM system
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Participate in weekly team training sessions and performance reviews
Qualifications
