Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent to meet client hiring demands.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage and nurture relationships with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry news to provide valuable insights to candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we are looking for attitude and aptitude.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
