Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using various methods, including social media and professional networks.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage client relationships to understand their hiring needs and provide updates.
- Enter candidate data accurately into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- No prior recruiting experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for client visits).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
