Responsibilities
- Schedule & Coordinate: Manage candidate calendars and coordinate interviews between clients and applicants.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Client Communication: Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Market Research: Research industry trends and job markets to identify new business opportunities.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM software.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends as needed.
