Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for our diverse client base.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client requirements and market trends.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and manage data accurately.
- Represent the company at industry networking events and career fairs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience in customer service or sales is highly valued.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
